The hotel boasts stunning views and a prime location near the town and El Peñón. Service was friendly, and the food pleasantly surprised my family. Yet, noise from the nightclub nearby made it tough to rest, and the lack of complimentary water was disappointing.

The stunning view from our Junior Suite balcony and the convenience of ample restrooms made our stay memorable. However, the noise from nearby helicopter tours was quite distracting at times.

I had a wonderful stay with a breathtaking view of El Peñol from our balcony, and the food was delicious and plentiful, especially the local buffet. The hot tub on the balcony made the experience zen-like, and the staff was so friendly and attentive that it felt like home. I’d definitely choose this place again!

A great stay, but not cheap

One of the staff was really helpful, went out of his way to help us book a ride to the airport, and I appreciated that a lot.

It wasn’t inexpensive for what we got but still acceptable.

The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. The check-in took a bit longer than I expected, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊

During my stay at Los Recuerdos, I loved the breathtaking views of El Peñol and the helpful staff. The pool area offered a lovely relaxation spot. However, accessing local attractions required navigating a busy road, which felt a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a memorable experience!

Facilities for billiards and water sports are nice. Staff could improve service. long wait times were frustrating. Rooms are decent.

The stay had its ups and downs. The hotel features beautiful views and two nice swimming pools, but the noisy environment made it hard to relax, and the service could improve. Food variety was lacking, and the beds were uncomfortably firm.

fantastic access to local landmarks and stunning green views

We truly loved how close we were to the beautiful Guatape Dam and the vibrant Plazoleta de Los Zocalos, making our daily walks so enjoyable. while the grounds of the hotel are beautiful with amazing views all around, the restaurant staff could improve their service efficiency.

The views overlooking the reservoir and the nearby rock formation are absolutely breathtaking, creating a stunning backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The staff is friendly and eager to assist, making every effort to accommodate guests. However, communication might be tricky for those who don’t speak Spanish. The rooms, while clean, feel basic and could benefit from thicker towels. The lack of amenities is overshadowed by the amazing scenery, and a boat trip around the reservoir is a must-do.

my stay was amazing. the views from the junior suite with balcony were breathtaking and made our honeymoon special. we loved the friendly service and delicious meals offered every day.

The family suite was decent, pretty spacious, and the bathroom had a hot shower, which was nice. But the interior felt a bit outdated. The carpet had a musty smell, probably from being near the water. The hot tub was a win, though—great to relax in after a long day. Overall, it was just okay.

Request a quieter room away from the helicopter pad to ensure a peaceful stay, especially during busy times.
